Photos of current shunters can be viewed by clicking on the camera icon, where present, alongside the shunter number.

Wherever possible, photos actually taken in the location specified are used. I make no apology for the quality of some of the photos, but the prime intention is to illustrate the likely view you will get of a shunter in situ, not win awards. Note that some of the photos have been taken using a telephoto lens.

Please note that, to the best of my knowledge, none of the photos taken have involved trespass; where the shot has been taken from within the boundaries of a depot or yard, this has always been with the correct authority or permission.

Please remember that the copyright of the photos remains with the photographer and permission should be sought before any reproduction is made.

If you would like to supply photos to be considered for inclusion, please contact me via the forum. Photos should be of a high quality, and should be sent uncropped and at the highest resolution available (absolute minimum of 640x480). Due credit will be given for any photos used.
